According to TMZ, Justin Bieber's 'Family Guy' necklace includes 12 carats of rubies and diamonds. “Justin had a specific vision for how he wanted it to look,” Beverly Hills jeweler Jason Arasheben told the site, adding that he and Bieber created the piece together. The pendant hangs on a 14 carat gold chain.
